Deep Jele Jai is a touching story about a nurse called Radha who works in a psychiatric hospital. Col Mitter, the owner of the clinic, asks Radha to serve in love and care to recover psychiatric patients. Radha's first successful case is Debashish, but she falls in love with him and hides her true feelings. Tapas, another patient, comes to the clinic after being betrayed by his lover, but Radha refuses to be part of the act again. Tapas is pulled away and Radha becomes mentally ill and admitted into the asylum.
