Are charges inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all payments made to KLiKK are inclusive of taxes.

 

When does my subscription end?

To check when your subscription ends, login to KLiKK, go to My Stuff, go to Profile and you will see the subscription validity and other details.

 

Does all the content on KLiKK have subtitles?

Most of the content on KLiKK will have subtitles. Eg Movies, Originals, Short films/stories.

 

How many screens can I simultaneously watch, with a/one subscription?

You can log in to 2 devices using same login credentials, at same time.

 

How many new web-series / shows will be released on KLiKK?

20+ new web-series / originals will be added by Oct 2021. This is KLiKK’s commitment.

 

Does KLiKK offer a Skip Ad option on the App and Website?

KLiKK is an Ad Free service, stream and watch without any interruption

 

Can I watch the content on KLiKK offline?

Yes, you can download the content on KLiKK and watch it offline.

 

For how long will content downloaded from KLiKK be available to me?

Your downloaded content will be available on KLiKK, unless your subscription is interrupted or ended or you remove it from your end.

 

How do I change my existing password?

Changing the existing password is only possible if you signed up via KLiKK sign up page. It is not possible if you signed up via Google / Facebook account.

How can I add a movie, show or music video to Watch List?

To add a movie, show or music video to Watch List. Go to any of the said category, click on the "Watch List" option. To view your complete Watch List, click on My Stuff > Watchlist.

 

How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?

Use the "Forgot Password" option available on the website/App. If you have logged in using GOOGLE/FACEBOOK, please contact our KLiKK Support Team to assist you with the same. You may reach out to KLiKK Support via email at support@klikk.co.in

 

I do not understand Bengali, what do I do?

No problem, you can enjoy the content with English subtitles for movies, originals and more.

 

 

WATCHING ON DEVICES

 

We are having trouble connecting to KLiKK, please try again?

This situation could occur if your device is out of network, the site you are trying to access is somehow blocked by your internet provider. Request you to off and on the wifi / mobile internet connectivity and check out. If issue still persist please contact KLiKK team.

 

How to uninstall the App in Android TV?

There are two ways of uninstalling an App from your Android TV device

1. Click on "apps" --> choose "KLiKK" --> long press the center button of your Android TV remote---> Click on "uninstall"

2. Open "Google Playstore" --> Go to "my apps" and scroll searching for KLiKK or type "KLiKK" and search --> Click on "uninstall"

 

Are all the videos on KLiKK in HD?

KLiKK offers videos in 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p format.

 

Can I stream from the App if I pay using the website?

Payments are not device specific. Notwithstanding whichever compatible device you subscribe from, you would be able to access the contents from the other compatible devices using the same subscribed login method.

 

I want to edit/change my updated contact number?

Currently, we do not have the option for editing a contact number for security purpose. If there is any major concern and the number has to be changed or removed, please contact us at support@klikk.co.in

 

How do I change my existing password?

OFFLINE DOWNLOADS

 

Can I watch the content on KLiKK offline?

Yes, you can download the content available on KLiKK and watch it offline.

 

After download, I cannot play the movie offline nor online

Downloaded contents might fail to play after a few days if the source file gets deleted. Under such circumstances, you wouldn't be able to play those specific contents either online or offline.

 

However it is suggested to redownload the desired content again to enjoy it offline.

 

How can I download from website?

The option to download content is available only within the KLiKK App. Currently contents cannot be downloaded from the website.

How do I download content using wifi?

You can simply go to your device setting and move from mobile data to wifi and start downloading.

 

 

MANAGING ACCOUNT

 

How can I add content to Watchlist?

Step 1: Make sure you’re signed in to your account.

Step 2: Go to the specific content you want to add to watchlist

Step 3: Click the ‘Watchlist’ icon and it will be watchlisted.

Step 4: You can see the content on My Stuff > Watchlist

 

Can I buy multiple subscriptions?

Under the same login you can buy any one of given subscription plan. However, you can buy and gift the subscription to your friends and family.

 

How do I log someone out of my account?

We advise our customers to only share their account with trusted family members. If you need to log someone out of your account, simply log in to the KLiKK website, head to “My Stuff”, then “Profile” and select “Change Password” and reset it.

OR, When you receive the alert notification for exceeding more than 2 devices log in, select the one to be excluded and click on OK.

I am an iOS app user, but I do not want to pay using iTunes

For the iOS app, payments directly get routed via the iTunes account.

 

However, if you want to pay using any other payment method, you can use the URL "www.Klikk.co.in" and subscribe from any browser.

 

How do I upgrade my KLiKK plan?

You can only upgrade your plan when the validity of your previous plan expires.

 

Why are the subscription plans different for different countries?

Subscription plans offered by KLiKK are based on extensive market research in each of the countries where KLiKK is available, and are the most economic plans available in their respective regions.

 

Can I cancel my KLiKK subscription?

Yes, one can cancel the KLiKK subscription at any point in time. However, you will be able to access the content till the existing plan period expires. Also please note post the end of the subscription, all your downloaded content will not play.

 

How do I know my Billing History?

To view your Billing History, follow the steps listed below:

Click on "My Stuff"

I made a payment but my subscription isn't active / My subscription is missing?

Made a payment but your subscription isn't active, or your subscription is missing? Don't worry, we'll have this sorted right away!

 

If you've just purchased a subscription

Sometimes there can be a delay between the payment system and ours. Please allow a few minutes for your subscription to be activated. If it's past a few minutes, please follow the steps below:

1. Do not make a payment again

2. Check if your subscription is active by visiting your "Profile" page

3. Please log out of your account and log in again. This simple but effective method does the trick most of the times!

SERVICE USAGE ISSUES

 

What is to be done if the app says “Please check your internet connection”

This situation could occur if you don’t have proper internet access. Please try switching off your wifi / internet connectivity and on it again. It should work. If still not then please contact our support – support@klikk.co.in

 

What if I am not getting the OTP for logging in ?

There might be times when there would be a delay in receiving the OTP. This normally happens due to network issues, in such case try switching ON the Airplane mode and switching it off again.

 

Videos in KLiKK drains out mobile data very fast

If your data is limited and you are looking out for economic consumption, you can manually switch the resolution to a lesser one and check on the data consumption.
